-updated README.md

-fixed shaders for GL2
-added Entity selection tool
-throw out tools from "Demo" window to "Tools" window
-change ComboBox to Tabs for Tools
-Added more verbose tips
-Improved and fixed BrickBreaker collisions
-fixed simple DUB issue
